Everything you need to know before your Emorah arrives.

Delivery charges

  • Inside Dhaka / Chattogram city: ৳80
  • Outside city: ৳150
  • Free delivery on orders over ৳2500

How long it takes

Inside the city usually 1–3 working days; outside the city 3–5 working days. We call you to confirm every order before it ships — please keep your phone close.

Payment

Cash on delivery anywhere in Bangladesh — pay the rider when your parcel arrives. You can also pay by bKash: send money to 01789-976323 and enter the transaction ID at checkout. We check every bKash payment before confirming.

Returns & replacements

For hygiene reasons we can't take back perfume that has been opened or sprayed.

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or with the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

You can check the parcel in front of the rider before paying. If something is wrong, you may refuse it.
